Construction Company Director

In 2006 I established, with a business Partner, a construction company delivering new build projects, extensions, refurbishment and conversions for commercial, domestic and ecclesiastical clients. works varied in price from £10,000 to £4 million with teams across Yorkshire delivering high quality works to regular clients.

ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 (Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety) accreditation, CHAS and Constructionline enabled us to tender for and procur works from local authorities, large commercial and discerning domestic clients.

Other roles included Estimating, Marketing, procurement, Accounts as well as strategic planning with my Co-Director.
